Superbloom Coaching
Through executive coaching, leaders learn about themselves, their leadership strengths, and how to leverage those strengths to increase their influence and impact at their organizations. Over the course of the coaching partnership, Coach and Client work together to determine areas for growth, obstacles standing in the leader’s way, and ways to navigate those challenges.
Coaching is focused on BOTH building awareness and taking action.
In awareness coaching, the Client deepens their understanding of their own mindsets, beliefs, values, and assumptions that show up in their work. Building this awareness helps them to become more effective in their leadership style.
In action coaching, the Client works to align their actions to their new awareness. They partner with their Coach to craft the plans and strategies that will enable them to take effective action in their work.
